Revive Rehab (PTY) LTD, trading as Revive Pilates and Yoga Studio, reserves all rights of admission to the studio.

1) Indemnity
For the safety of both the Pilates instructors and the participant, it is recommended that you seek medical advice before starting Pilates. Pregnant participants are required to get consent from their Obstetrician before commencing Pilates.

Revive Pilates and Yoga studio will not be held responsible for any damage, loss or injury to your person or your belongings on these premises. The use of the premises is done so at your own risk.

2) Classes
We offer private lessons, duo lessons as well as group classes.
As the studio is small all clients are required to reserve their place in individual, duo and group classes.
Bookings are on a first come first serve basis and private/duo classes are subject to instructor availability.
Any reservation not cancelled within 24 hours will be marked as attended and deducted from the clients paid for classes.

Please arrive on time to ensure minimal disruption of other participants in group classes.

A. Group classes
All group classes need to be purchased and paid for prior to attending the class. Bookings are on a first come first serve basis.

B. Private and duo classes
Private and duo classes are booked individually at a time slot which suits both the Pilates instructor as well as the client.
It is advisable to do 2 – 4 private sessions before joining a group class. This is to ensure maximum benefit from the exercises and to prevent any injury from occurring.

All Private and Duo classes are on a contractual basis and a 1 month notice period is required before cancellation.

3) Procedure and courtesy
Please try to arrive 5-10 minutes before the start of the class and fetch a mat before finding a space to exercise.

All participants are to please sign the attendance register when arriving at the class.

Please remove shoes on entry to the studio before exercise, socks may be worn at your own risk.

Please treat all participants with kindness and encouragement and refrain from making rude or derogatory remarks during sessions.

Please ensure all cell phones are switched off during sessions to ensure minimum disruption during the class. Calls may be taken in case of emergency but the participant is to leave the studio in cases such as these.

4) Fees and banking details
Payments can be made at the studio or via EFT.
*Students/scholars pay 25% less upon presentation of a student card.

Card transactions will be acquired for Revive Rehab (PTY) LTD via PayGate (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway for all South African
Acquiring Banks. PayGate uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no Card details are stored on the website. Users may go to www.paygate.co.za to view their security certificate and security policy.

Customer details will be stored by Revive Rehab (PTY) LTD separately from card details which are entered by the client on PayGate’s secure site. For

The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction currency is
South African Rand (ZAR).

customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.

11. Country of domicile
This website is governed by the laws of South Africa and Revive Rehab (PTY) LTD chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under
