Revive studio offers yoga classes that are aimed at exercising and strengthening the physical body while bringing peace to the mind. These focused physical movements called asana and breathing exercises called pranayama are combined to create a holistic approach to exercise.

We offer beginner and intermediate yoga classes as well as Yoga Nidra classes which is a form of meditation that allows the mind to relax and release the stress and tension Joburg lifestyle has to offer.
